“I resided in Georgia at the time and called the office for information about the area and how to contact someone about home buying process in Tenn. I was lucky that Deone Jenkins answered the phone. She had contact numbers for me at her finger tips relating on how the home buying process would begin with a lender. Deone had alot of patience during the house hunting time. She set up multiple house inspections according to my limited time in Tn. and was always willing to set up appointments for my convenience including some days with 2 appointments in the morning and 2 in the afternoon on the same day. She also kept me abreast of any homes she thought I would be interested in via e-mail. Deone is an excellent agent. I have had to deal with another agent in Ga. to sell my home there and that agent did not even come close to Deone's knowledge and expertise.
